Job Description: Sales Coordinator
Location: Dayton, OH

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator position is responsible for tracking, shipping, and managing products along with providing support to the sales team which may include quoting and customer support in our Dayton, OH location. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented.   

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process purchasing orders, sales orders, and quotes
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
  • Track and schedule shipments across multiple channels
  • Provide customer service and troubleshooting assistance
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and maintain reports

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Required

  • Background or understanding of the agriculture industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
